General Copyright Policies
Copyright is defined as the exclusive right of a creator to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute, perform, display, sell, lend or rent their creations. For the purposes of understanding the applicability of this exclusive right as it applies to products from Inland Ice, we have restated the definition as follows:

Inland Ice or any representative of Inland Ice will not be liable to you for any special, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, the location you have selected for this product, the lease for the location, product sales performance, work performed by independent contractors, issues or delays caused by local or state governmental entities, or equipment options you select. Your entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be no more than the amount paid for the particular product. Your rights may vary from state to state.  You further acknowledge that you have read and understand the Buyer’s responsibilities in the R & R Guide.

Breach of Agreement
You agree to indemnify and hold Inland Ice and any representative of Inland Ice and its successors harmless from and against any damages or liability of any kind arising from your use of the product in any form, any breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or your negligent act, omission or willful misconduct. If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. All license rights granted pursuant to this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon your breach of this Agreement.

No Representation
Inland Ice, LLC, referred to as Company and any representative of Inland Ice has not made any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of this information. The Company will not have any liability to arising from the delivery or use of the information, except to the extent expressly set forth in any definitive written agreement that parties may execute in the future. The financial performance of the ice house or ice houses which is/are the subject of future Agreements will depend entirely on the buyers efforts to select a suitable location and promote and manage the ice house or ice houses; and Company makes no promise that an Ice House will meet or exceed the performance of the Ice Houses which are the subject of the pro-forma information disseminated by Company.
